A criminal on the "Eternally Wanted" list, Kagato kidnaps Ryoko, claiming he is her creator. He is quite powerful, able to manipulate matter and energy into weapons. He was once Washu's student, but imprisoned her and stole many of her greatest inventions.

DR. CLAY

Under the orders of Queen Tokimi, Dr. Clay dispatched a clone of Ryoko named Zero to assassinate Tenchi - with unexpected results! He considers Washu his greatest rival, but even then he is overestimating himself.

NAGI

Nagi appears in the first TV series as a bounty hunter obsessed with capturing Ryoko. She is quite dark and serious, and like Ryoko, has a cabbit for transport. She's a good fighter whose specialty is a laser whip and energy sword.

KAIN

Captured and imprisoned in sub-space for over 100 years, Kain hates the Galaxy Police and the people of Jurai intensely. He escapes and destroys GPHQ and goes to Earth, intent on taking over.

YUZUHA

The Demoness of Darkness, Yuzuha plots to get her revenge on Yosho for a 700-year-old grudge. She plans to use Tenchi's "daughter" Mayuka to drag Tenchi into the Dimension of Darkness in the 2nd movie.

YUUGI

|
In appearance a little girl, Yuugi befriends Sasami and becomes almost dangerously dependent on their relationship. She has a mysterious connection to Sakuya, and manipulates Tenchi through their bond.
