TENCHI MASAKI

Tenchi is a pretty normal teenager - he lives with his father and grandfather in a quiet home, and he's got six female aliens living with him! He seems to attract trouble wherever he goes, but is well-liked in general. He has a mysterious heritage that is revealed when the safety of his world is threatened.

RYOKO

A demon with a penchant for space piracy, Ryoko follows Tenchi everywhere and often gets into tug-of-wars with Aeka for Tenchi's time. She has no manners and enjoys provoking Aeka, but would do anything for Tenchi. She is quite powerful, able to fly, teleport, and shoot beams of energy at her opponent. |

AEKA

A princess of the planet Jurai, Aeka is very proper and dignified - when she isn't in a yelling match with Ryoko. She is annoyed easily and has a bad temper, but is all sweetness and light when Tenchi's around. She also has powers that manifest in the form of electric balls.

SASAMI

|
Sasami is Aeka's little sister and another princess of Jurai. She's only 8 years old, but she cooks for the entire household and adores Tenchi. She is usually seen with Ryo-oh-ki by her side, acting incredibly cute. She is also the star of the spin-off magical girl show, "Pretty Sammy."

WASHU

Although she looks like a little girl, Washu is actually more than 20,000 years old! She is a genius mad scientist who helps Tenchi out with her many gadgets - when she isn't conducting experiments on him! She's cute and she knows it. "Call me Little Washu!"

MIHOSHI

Mihoshi is perhaps the biggest klutz in the universe with the best luck. Despite her countless screw-ups, this Galaxy Policewoman always manages to win out in the end, and her endearing ditziness has won her many fans.

KIYONE
|
|
Mihoshi's unfortunate partner, Kiyone is practical and no-nonense - almost the only normal member of Tenchi's gang, besides Tenchi. She longs to be a high-ranking Policewoman, but with Mihoshi at her side, her dreams are highly unlikely to happen, much to her disgust.
