Mainly a comic character, Phil is Amelia's father and king of Saillune mainly becuase he's managed to survive countless assassination attempts. An even greater justice-monger than his daughter, Phil is a self-proclaimed pacifist and tries to get others to become one with his mighty "Pacifist Crush."
