The Byakko represent Sairo Country to the west, represented by the white tiger deity named Byakko. He has one Miko, or priestess, who herself has seven Seishi, or warriors. Only three Byakko Seishi are introduced in the story. Each warrior has a mark on their body, in the shape of a Chinese character. Real names and locations of marks are given in italics.

SUZUNO OOSUGI

90 years before Miaki and Yui stepped into the world of the Four Gods, Suzuno was Byakko no Miko. She and one of her Seishi, Tatara, fell in love but could not be together. In the present, she is a very old woman whose continuing dream is to be with her beloved again.
