The absolute coolest anime character ever, Spike is the very epitome of sleek and nonchalant
aloofness. His style is extremely original, combining a 70's leisure suit and that futuristic fro of his. Extremely daring, he cares little for his safety and often goes after bounties solo. He hides a painful past in the form of his association with the crime syndicate Red Dragon, and his search for a lost love. Laid back, cool, and instantly likeable, there's much more to Spike than meets the eye. In fact, Spike's eyes are two different colors: one looks into the past, and the other looks to the present. Is there one for the future as well?

FAYE VALENTINE

The ultimate femme fatale, Faye Valentine is slick, cool, and can definitely stand up for herself. In no way the typical hapless female character, Faye gets into plenty of trouble herself, but somehow comes out clean every time. Despite her appearance, she is "not as easy as she looks", in her own words. Despite her apparent indifference to others, Faye does in fact care about the Bebop crew, as they are the only family she has. Faye's past is also surrounded in mystery, and she is famous throughout the universe for two things: her real age and her huge gambling debt

JET BLACK

The owner of the Bebop ship and Spike's partner, Jet is a former policeman with a strong sense of justice. He has a finely drawn line between right and wrong, and always looks out for his ship - and sometimes Spike as well. An enthusiastic chef and bonsai tree lover, he is usually in the kitchen or watering his trees whenever he's not chasing after a criminal.

ED AND EIN

Ed is a kid genius at computers and Ein is a really smart Welsh Corgi (dog). Is there really
anything else to say about this cute couple? Either these two usually get the whole crew into trouble,
or they are going off on their own hilarious adventures. Spike doesn't think too highly of them
though, because he hates both children and animals, but more than once have they proved their
worth to the Bebop. People are always fascinated with Ed, thinking that she is a boy!

VICIOUS

This menacing, shadowy figure is affiliated with the Red Dragon crime syndicate and comes back to haunt Spike. He proclaims that he is "the only one that can keep Spike alive, and the only one that can kill him." Expertly armed with a katana and an intimidating bird perched on his shoulder, Vicious will stop at nothing to fulfill his mission of killing Spike. Why does this man so desperately want Spike dead?

JULIA

This mysterious woman is only seen through Spike's dreams and flashbacks. Could she be the one Spike is chasing after? What will happen once Spike finally catches up with this woman? Will they live happily ever after?
