Bakuretsu Hunter (Sorcerer Hunter)    On the Spooner Continent, one group of people protect all the oppressed citizens from evil Sorcerers who abuse their powers. This group of oddly named shapechangers, wizards, and swordsmen are the Bakuretsu Hunters: Carrot Glace, Tira Misu, Chocolate Misu, Marron Glaces, and Gateau Mocha. They serve and protect under the direction of the most powerful sorceress in the world, Big Momma. Carrot's girl-chasing occasionally gets the group in trouble (not to mention arousing the wrath of the Misu sisters, his childhood friends) - but in any case, they are not to be underestimated as many scornful wizards learn too late. There are many surprises in store, and we're not just referring to the Misu sisters' transformation into scantily clad S&M dominatrices!

This series lasted 26 television episodes from 1995-1996 and also had a 3 part OAV series. For more information on Bakuretsu Hunter:

The powerful magician had his own plans to conquer the world! However his ambitions are put on hold when Yoko is kidnapped by an old foe - the Ninja master, Gara. One day, in the garbage dump that serves as Zalem's refuse, the Hunter-Warrior Doc Ido finds the intact remains of a female cyborg. As a renowned cyborg-doctor, Ido manages to restore the girl's brain and body with new parts, and names the charming young woman Gally. However, Gally's cheerful surface hides the mystery of who she was and from where. As she discovers the joys and sorrows of being alive and having emotions, Gally has her own questions: Where does Doc Ido disappear to every night? And what is the meaning of her new lease on life? When she meets Hugo, a boy who only dreams of reaching Zalem, Gally has a new mission - to help him anyway she can. She becomes a bounty hunter, as Ido is, and begins to earn money from all her captures. Black Jack    Black Jack is a medical genius who has accomplished great 'miracles' - for example, operating on 17 simultaneously or even operating on himself using a mirror. However, despite his achievements, the general public despises him. Why? He's not a saint - far from it; Black Jack readily charges anyone who requests his services small fortunes! Nor is he a sympathetic or compassionate doctor. He'd rather sneer than comfort, and his startling appearance of black and white hair and a dark and light skinned face ruined by a long gashing scar doesn't help. Yet, underneath his cold mask might be the soul of a doctor, hidden well from everyone, including himself. Each of these stories bring a message of human understanding using their slightly fantastical settings and situations.

Bubblegum Crisis    The series begins in MegaTokyo of the year 2032, where much of the city has recently been destroyed by the second great Kanto earthquake of 2025. In the process of rebuilding the city, the Genom corporation has become a major world power, due to the introduction of its Boomer technology -- essentially a combination of robotics, cybernetics and artificial intelligence in human form, pioneered by Doctor Katsuhito Stingray. After the doctor was killed in a lab accident shortly after initial development was completed, Genom continued work on his brainchild, and boomers are now a major addition to worldwide manual labour and military hardware market. Although the Boomers sound like an asset to mankind, in actuality they could easily be its destruction. In response to this potential threat, Doctor Stingray's daughter, Sylia, formed the Knight Sabers - a vigilante group of women fighting in technologically advanced suits, sworn to resist their plans in ways that the police and world governments would and could not.
